Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive your account identifier, email address and available display name from the secure authentication provider. If you save an invoice, we store the invoice information you enter. Contact inquiries include the name, email, subject and message you submit.

We also record basic visit information such as an anonymous browser identifier, selected language, page visited and visit time. We do not intentionally collect payment-card details through the invoice editor.

How we use information

We use account and invoice information to provide saved invoice history, reopen your invoices and protect each user’s records. Visit information is used to count total and unique visitors and improve the service. Inquiry information is used to review and respond to contact requests.

Authentication and account access

Sign-in, first-time account creation and forgotten-password recovery are handled by the secure authentication provider. AM BlueStone does not receive or store your account password.

Storage, security and retention

Saved invoices, user profiles, visit totals and inquiries are stored in the site’s protected backend. We use reasonable technical controls to limit access. Information is kept only while it is needed to operate the service, maintain records or resolve requests.

Cookies and analytics

AM BlueStone uses a small browser identifier to distinguish unique visits and a language preference to show the correct experience. We use an approximate IP-country lookup to select a regional language; the lookup is not stored in your AM BlueStone profile. We use first-party operational analytics and do not use this data to sell personalized advertising.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting and authentication services needed to operate AM BlueStone, or disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your choices

You may use the invoice editor without saving an invoice. You can contact us through the site to ask about your stored information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.

Children and policy changes

AM BlueStone is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the service changes; the date at the top will show the latest revision.
